This at-home Beer and Cheese Tasting Experience pairs five fabulous cheeses with twelve tasty beers. The Experience suggests the best pairings, and you are encouraged to sip and sample across the board to explore new possibilities. Beer and cheese complement each other by sharing some common characteristics in both aromas and flavours, and the carbonation in beer lifts the palate and brings out many nuances in cheese. While wine and cheese pairing is about contrasts, beer and cheese is about harmony of flavours. The Beer and Cheese Tasting Experience includes everything you need for a delightful social event - selected, packaged and home delivered, with the cheeses carefully chilled in an icebox. The cheeses are all artisanal and the craft beers are all from boutique breweries - and many are specially imported. Invite some guests over, and set out the five cheese types. Allow your guests to choose from the wide-ranging beer selection. Guests can then sip and sample across the board to explore all possibilities. We want all our hampers that contain fresh goods to arrive in perfect condition, and have these policies to ensure their safe arrival: Delivery to a work address, or an address where somebody will be available to receive and refrigerate the fresh goods, is essential. Fresh goods are despatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only. We recommend you advise the recipient a fresh goods hamper is being delivered. If no one is available at the time of delivery a card will be left and the hamper taken to the nearest Post Office for collection.
