Frequently Asked QuestionsCan I order over the phone? Yes, you can order by calling 1300 731 738 between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays. What are your delivery fees? No matter where you live in Australia, delivery will cost either: $10 for most items; or $20 for bulky items, or fresh food items that need to be sent Express. And, you only pay one flat rate delivery fee no matter how many items you send to the same address. So if you buy five Hampers all going to the same address, you pay just $10 delivery (or $20, if the items are bulky or need to be sent Express). How do you ship perishable provisions such as cheese? We ship them in styrofoam containers with cold packs in them to help maintain a cool temperature inside the box. In very hot weather conditions, we may defer shipping to avoid the possibility of spoilage. We don't ship fresh goods to regional WA and we do not service the NT at all. We DO ship to metropolitan Perth. Substitutions If a particular item is not available, we will include instead an item of similar or greater value. What happens if I order an item out of stock? If an item on your order is not available for any reason, we will ship as soon as possible. If the delay is more than three days, we'll contact you to discuss an alternative product. When will my order ship? After you place your order, we will ship your order within 2 business days. If you have ordered on a Thursday night, we will not pack your order until Monday. This ensures your order will remain fresh and make it to you with as little transit time as necessary. If you are buying perishable items such as cheese, or Hampers containing fresh foods, we ship them only on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure they arrive before the weekend. What happens if portions of my order are not ready to ship or are not in stock? We will contact you and offer a replacement if we are not going to receive anymore any time soon. If we do not receive a response back within 24 hours we will just remove the item and recalculate the cost and ship the rest of your order. Other Shipping Policies We deliver anywhere in Australia (apart from not shipping fresh goods to regional WA or the NT). We don’t ship outside of Australia. A signature is always required as proof of delivery. To avoid a redelivery, where possible please provide a business address or an address where someone is likely to be available to receive and sign for the delivery. We CAN ship to Post Office Boxes. There are no delivery options available for Saturday or Sunday. Australia Post are muttering about setting up locations where parcels can be picked up on weekends. Hooray. We hope they get on and do so asap....
